•  As part of our highly qualified and appreciative team, you will dive into one specific business area within the BMW Group. Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits you best. Fields such as Finance, (Strategic) Human Resources or Real Estate Management are waiting for you.
• With your transformational ideas, you will contribute to strategy development and implementation as well as enable, manage and realise innovative projects within one of those areas while taking those to the next level.
• During your assignments, you will play an active role in the ongoing transformation and digitalisation of business processes.
• Further, you will not only collaborate with various departments, but also be in touch with different markets establishing a valuable internal and international network.

• An above-average degree in Business or Consumer Sciences, (Financial) Economics, Psychology, Controlling, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Communications.
• Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
• At least four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.

• You are fluent in German and English.
• You approach demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion.
• You take on responsibility with motivation and drive.
• You are open to other people, different cultural backgrounds and new perspectives.
• You master your everyday work with creative solutions and “out of the box” thinking.

We assess all qualifications in total and rate them against one another.
