What you will enjoy doing

Our 24-months trainee program lets you dive into the different fields ofProject Execution for global projects within an international organization.

You will get a comprehensive view of our business through job rotations invarious technical and commercial departments (e.g. Process Safety, MaterialsTechnology, Process Design, Systems Engineering including Commissioning). TheProgram allows you to develop deep understanding of Linde Engineering’sbusiness model and project execution Processes.

Your base department will be in the Engineering Technology Section in the fieldof Mechanical Integrity which includes Process & Environmental Safety, RiskEngineering, as well as Material Selection based on corrosion aspects.

One part of the program will be at an international location. From thebeginning, you will face the challenges of project-work, so that you can growon the job and as you gain extensive professional experience.

Your mentor will support you to reach your full potential by directlyworking with you and providing feedback. Additional trainings with your fellowtrainees in relevant hard and soft skills within the opportunity to visit ourentities in Dresden and Tacherting will complement your program.

What makes you great

• Above average grades in acompleted master’s degree in chemicalengineering, process engineering, safety engineering, materials engineering, mechanicalengineering, chemistry, or equivalent.
• Affinity for working with differentIT applications is required.
• Moreover, you are proficient inEnglish (written and spoken), and your knowledge in German (minimum B2 level)is vital.
• You gained first experience via internships and/or studies abroad andyou have an international mindset as well as the ability to collaborate inteams.
• Excellent analytical skills,self-confidence, outstanding self-motivation, and a desire to learn complementyour profile.
• In addition, you are willing to take over responsibility and are capable to manage multiple tasks.
