About the Programme
This is a 12month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager.Starting fromOctober 1st, 2026youwill be supported every step of the way through a combination of:
Classroom and virtual learning
On‑the‑job training and job shadowing
Coaching from experiencedcolleagues
Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments
From day oneyou’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability.
About the Division
The Animal Health division focuses on livestock biosecurity and dairy farm markets, supporting customers in protecting animal health and addressing emerging needs.
As a trusted partner, Ecolab works directly with customers to develop sanitation programs, assess processes, solve technical issues and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
What You Will Do
After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and technical advisor to your customers. You will support farms and livestock operations with biosecurity and sanitation programs that help protect animal health and improve operational performance.
In this role you will:
Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits
Learn how customers’ operations work, gaining hands-on experience with equipment, technologies and solutions used on site
Support the installation, maintenance and safe use of equipment, helping customers keep their operations fully effective
Train and support customer teams, ensuring confidence in using Ecolab solutions and biosecurity practices
Gradually develop the ability to identify improvement opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations and support the growth of your territory
Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Technical and Customer teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
Contribute to Ecolab’s growth by supporting outreach activities and strengthening our presence in your local market
What you’ll need?
We are interested in meeting individuals with diverse backgrounds.You may be a great fit if you:
Hold a degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Chemistry or a related field
Are interested in building a career in technical,sales or service-related roles
Have a genuine interest in animal health, biosecurity and farm environments
Are eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to continuously develop new skills
Have demonstrated problem solving skills and creative thinking
Are comfortable adapting to new situations and challenges
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and other digital tools forcommunication and reporting
Have English language skills at B1 level or above
Hold a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and are open to traveling within your assigned district and occasionally nationwide
