Job Description

■Rotational Program: Immerse yourself in various technical departments, such as Engineering, Quality Management, Testing, and Certification. Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and processes.

■Technical Projects: Contribute to impactful projects, including vehicle safety testing and advanced driver assistance technologies. Work closely with industry experts and create technical analyses adhering to industry standards.

■Leadership Development: Enhance your leadership skills through dedicated training, workshops, and mentoring. Take ownership of impactful projects, refine your decision-making abilities, gain confidence and learn from senior leaders.

Experience & Further Qualifications

■Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is mandatory

■Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and team spirit. Familiarity with CAD or MATLAB is a plus

■You are motivated, eager to learn, and opten to international challenges. Your emotional intelligence and social engagement make you collaborative team player with leadership potential

■Willingness to travel and work in an international environment

■English (level-C1 minimum) and German language Skills at B2 Level are required, additional language skills are an advantage

■The position is primarily aimed at young professionals with less than one year of professional experience
