Our Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within Hitachi Energy’s Management community but also interfacing functions like engineering, commissioning and site management, as well as our global centers of competence. It will take you through three to four work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy in a high impact role. During this journey you will encounter many different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.
