Launch Your Rooftop Career!

Our tailored training program for new starters at BMI is designed to systematically discover and develop your skills and talents. This 12-month program focuses specifically on a training position within our R&D department, specializing in concrete tile development. Upon successful completion of the program, an attractive and rewarding career opportunity awaits you!

As a trainee, you will have a personalized program developed to align with your individual interests and strengths. This aims to provide a strong foundation of knowledge and experience, preparing you for the next stages of your career within the company.

The program includes international visits and assignments in research & development, production, and other functional units. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the global development of the BMI Group and contribute to our strategic objectives and success-oriented culture. This requires curiosity, creativity, passion, and an open mind.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by a mentor with extensive industry and leadership experience. Networking events will facilitate your integration into the company, and the expertise and social integration will be facilitated by colleagues in various departments. Regular feedback sessions will support your professional and personal development during the program.

What We're Looking For:

The training program is ideal for graduates with an excellent degree in engineering, material sciences, or natural sciences, ideally complemented by an MBA or postgraduate qualification. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in cement and concrete sciences, mineralogy, or comparable degree courses.

In addition to academic excellence, you should have gained practical experience through national or international internships. Strong German and English language skills are essential for this program. Furthermore, you should be self-motivated, possess strong social and communication skills, and have a confident demeanor. Mobility and flexibility are important attributes.
