For our Merchandising department in our Head Office in Munich we are looking for a passionate and driven Merchandising Trainee supporting full time (40 hours per week) for a duration of 1-year starting in June. In this position you work closely with our Merchandising team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories
• Monitor and analyze daily business sales performance
• Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance
• Support and follow up on product transfers within the market (DE, AT, CH, PL, CZ) and across Europe
• Provide relevant feedback on collections and boutique performance at market level
• Support retail operations to increase sales turnover
• Implement action plans in collaboration with other departments (e.g., VM, Training, Marketing)
• Prepare support materials for buying sessions (sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers)

Profile

• University studies with a focus on fashion management, business administration, or another relevant field
• First significant experience in an analytical position (ideally in Retail Merchandising or Business analyst)
• Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry
• Rigorous approach with quantitative data
• Analytical mindset
• Strong organization skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus
