Als Trainee im Projektmanagement wirst du Teil eines engagierten Teams, das spannende Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung begleitet. Bei uns lernst du moderne Methoden, arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Projektmanager*innen zusammen und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zu einer wichtigen Stütze im Projektgeschäft.

Trainee (m/w/d) Projektmanagement

Your responsibilities as a Trainee (m/f/d) Project Management

• Active participation in strategic project planning: You will support the structuring of complex project plans, the creation of well-founded project and resource plans, and the co-design of milestone and risk structures.
• Independent analysis and preparation of decision-relevant information: You will create reports, KPI evaluations and presentations to prepare management decisions.
• Coordination of central project communication processes: You will ensure a smooth flow of information between stakeholders, the project team and external partners and moderate coordination rounds and workshops.
• Support in risk, issue and change management: You independently identify risks and deviations, develop recommendations for action and support in setting up countermeasures.
• Independent takeover of a suitable project: From planning to implementation to targeted completion, you will supervise your own project.
• Quality assurance and methodological development of the PM standards: You will be involved in the optimization of existing methods, tools and templates for the continuous improvement of project work.
• Management and support of projects in an agile working environment (Scrum/Kanban): You will support agile teams in the structured planning, implementation and continuous improvement of their work processes.
• Operational support in project controlling: You will work on budget monitoring, cost analysis and forecasts to ensure transparent financial management.
• Participation in workshops, reviews and project committees: You will prepare strategically relevant meetings as well as the creation of target group-oriented documents for the management team, specialist departments or project teams.

What you bring to the table as a trainee (m/f/d) in project management

• You have a degree in engineering, business administration, economics, natural sciences or a comparable course of study with a focus on project management.
• Ideally, you have already gained your first practical experience through internships or working student activities in project management.
• You have excellent analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working and a high understanding of numbers.
• You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality.
• A confident handling of MS Excel, hybrid, classic or agile project management approaches are familiar concepts for you with which you have been able to gain initial experience, as well as very good German and English skills characterize you.
• For this program, you will have excellent German language skills at CEFR C1 level or higher and will have the opportunity to demonstrate your language skills during the selection process
