As a trainee (m/f/d) IT Service Management, you will pass through various stations, gain comprehensive insights into modern IT processes and play a key role in driving the development of future-oriented IT service management. To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a

Trainee (m/f/d) IT Service Management

Your area of responsibility as a Trainee (m/f/d) IT Service Management:

• You will dive deep into IT Service Management and develop your know-how in the field of Service-Based Invoicing & Control.
• You will gain comprehensive insights into all central areas of IT service management – from service management and ITIL V4 process ownership to lean management and working with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• You will actively participate in the development of IT service management at Carglass® in Germany and play a key role in shaping change management in the daily work environment.
• You will actively question the status quo, bring in new impulses and drive change in the sense of modern, future-oriented IT service management.
• You will proactively support vendor and contract management and grow step by step into the role of a tool owner.
• You will independently take on tasks in budget planning, invoice management, orders (iProc), request management and controlling.
• You will help shape the definition, management and further development of services and participate in service-based billing.
• You will be responsible for applying agile principles for efficient project management and implementation.
• You will analyze KPIs, create reports and contribute to the optimization of the user experience.

What you bring to the table as a trainee (m/f/d) IT Service Management

• A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, economics or natural sciences or a comparable course of study - ideally with a focus on IT.
• Initial practical experience in the IT environment, e.g. through internships, working student activities or own projects, as well as initial contact with systems such as Service Now, Jira or other ticket systems are desirable.
• A certification in ITIL V4 or the motivation to get certified there is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, a high interest in optimising processes and creativity in finding solutions.
• Enjoyment of mastering complex challenges, coupled with structured and independent work.
• A quick grasp, strong hands-on mentality and strong communication skills - you are confident at eye level with different contact persons.
• For this programme, you will have excellent German language skills at CEFR C1 level or higher and will have the opportunity to demonstrate your language skills during the selection process.
