YOUR TASKS:

Assisting in creating job postings and advertisements to attract candidates.

Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.

Coordinating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.

Assisting in interview preparation and candidate evaluation.

Conducting reference checks and background screenings.

Supporting the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.

Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Complementary Training: Master’s degree in human resources and Success Factors or SAP ERP knowledge will be a plus.

Advanced professional English skills.
