The content of the trainee program:

  • In the second year, graduation as a commercial specialist
  • Instructor aptitude test
  • Collaboration with colleagues at all Zumnorde
  • Process complaints
  • Planning staff deployment
  • Optimum presentation of goods
  • Design preselections
  • Insight into the processes at the company headquarters (internship)
  • Impression of shoemaking (internship)
  • Basics, e.g. in the area of complaints - Management tools (seminars)
  • Getting to know the production facilities of our suppliers (also abroad)
  • Working at trade fairs
