What you can look forward to:

You will dive deep into the world of commercial management across three exciting stations:

• Marketing - Brand Management: Expand your knowledge of consumer behavior and develop/optimize holistic activation and advertising concepts for our global brands.

• Sales: Analyze the German retail business, learn the art of negotiation with customers, and strategically place our products on the shelf.

• Retail Marketing (International): The heart of your traineeship: You will spend 5 months at one of our international locations. Here, you will support the planning and implementation of international market strategies and actively help shape product launches and relaunches firsthand.

Actively shape the business growth of our brands: You will take on strategic projects and work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully implement groundbreaking initiatives.

What we expect from you:

• You recently completed your Master's or Bachelor's degree (ideally with a background in Business Administration (BWL), Marketing, Sales, or similar fields)

• You have already gained initial commercial work experience (e.g., internships, working student positions), preferably in a dynamic environment

• You have international experience (e.g., semester abroad/international internship) or initial professional exposure to global brands

• You demonstrate strong solution- and customer-oriented thinking, as well as analytical skills and an independent way of working

• You are communicative and open, enjoy working in a team, and think cross-functionally - while keeping an eye on priorities and deadlines

• Fluent German and English language skills
