RESPONSIBILITIES

During a period of 18 to 24 months, you will get to know different business units of Chemetall and BASF Coatings and gain deep insights into our Surface Treatment business while building a valuable international network.

  • Together with you, we will design and plan three to four rotations in which you will take on both operational and strategic tasks in marketing and marketing-related areas such as product management, sales or account management.
  • You will be given responsibility for (sub-)projects right from the start. This will allow you to prepare yourself ideally for your target function, which we will also define together with you.
  • You will be involved in the strategic development of new business areas and in the area of sustainability and support our operational units in implementing the strategies. You will use digital tools such as Power BI to analyze and visualize customer data.
  • Taking into account given travel guidelines, an assignment of three to six months abroad or in another business unit is an integral part of the program.
  • We will coordinate your start date flexibly with you.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • successfully completed Master's degree in the field of business chemistry, business informatics or economics
  • practical experience as well as experience abroad in the form of internships or a semester abroad
  • passion for strategic marketing and working with international stakeholders
  • high customer orientation and motivation to achieve outstanding results both independently and as part of a team
  • experience in working with Advance Visualization applications such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • strong and confident communication skills in German and English, another language is desirable
