Trainee (f/m/x) – Graduate Program Supply Chain Management with focus on International Logistic Processes

During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work for professional and personal development. All this is aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to take on any leadership tasks.

Possible tasks within the program: 

• Working on digital solutions that will shape the future
• You aim to improve the integrated steering of our supply chain based on innovative data analysis and control systems in logistics
• You will support in projects right from the start
• In that context, digitalization is one key driver – shaping innovations, generating business impact is all related to understanding and using the opportunities of digitalization in the context of a modern Supply Chain Management

• Completed field of study in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or a similar field of study
• Practical experience gained, for example, as a intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years) 
• First experience in project management / consulting and enthusiasm for working in an agile environment
• Ideally an affinity for Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• You want to help shape future markets in areas such as digitalization, medical technology or Industry 4.0
• You show initiative, motivation, a desire for personal responsibility, a willingness to learn and to drive change forward
• Proven team spirit as well as extramural commitment
• You are not afraid to overcome demanding project tasks and their challenges
• Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
• Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken
