Our IT trainee program covers a period of 18 months. In the individually planned project assignments (Duration: approx. 6 months each at different locations) you will gain valuable experience in different Freudenberg Business Groups, which cover a broad and very interesting range of industries and sectors

Because of a several month long assignment abroad you will be optimally prepared to take on a responsible task in IT (focus on cyber security) of the internationally active Freudenberg Group

During the program you will be accompanied by a personal mentor, a member of the IT Senior Management Team of a Freudenberg Business Group. Who will support you in your professional and personal development. Also practical seminars and method training courses will continuously promote your further development

Qualificationsarrow_right

You have completed a master's degree in business informatics or industrial engineering or a comparable academic education

During your studies you already showed your analytical, conceptual and communicative skills

You enjoy the digitalization of business processes, their implementation in SAP and perhaps already have some experience in change management

You have initiative, are open to new things and enjoy working with other people

You are interested in working on projects with international teams

In addition, you speak fluent English and German
