Starting on 1 April 2019, this 18- month opportunity is designed to prepare you for a career in a competitive environment and a guaranteed position at the BMW Group afterwards. You’ll be supported by a mentor, work abroad and build your own invaluable network of global contacts.

You should have.
  • An above-average degree in automotive, mechanical or electrical engineering, physics or similar – or psychology.
  • At least six months of relevant practical experience within the field of vehicle safety or simulation (study-related or professional).
  • At least four months‘ experience of studying, working or travelling abroad.
  • A track record of participating in extracurricular activities.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages would also be advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong strategic and analytical mind.
  • The strength of mind to make tough (or even unpopular) decisions.
