Our five-year European Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to give you a breadth of experience early in your career. Based throughout some of our European sites you will move roles and locations within our different businesses every two years. Hence being geographically flexible is essential. Each role will provide you with a new challenge and enable you to gain a wide range of experience and networks essential for aspiring future leaders.
Some of the different areas you could work in include: Supply Chain, Logistics, Trading & Shipping, Procurement, Operations and Business Development
- Outstanding degree in an engineering, numerate or science related subject
- Commercial aptitude and interest in economic contexts
- Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English
- A ´can-do´attitude and a self-confident manner
- The ability to work under pressure with confidence
