You should have:

  • An above-average degree in business administration, business psychology, economics, marketing, communication studies or related subjects with a specialisation in marketing, sales, advertising or similar.
  • At least six months of relevant practical experience in a marketing, sales or communication environment, preferably in the automotive industry (study-related or professional).
  • At least three months of experience of studying, working or travelling abroad.
  • A track record of participating in extracurricular activities.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages would also be advantageous).
  • A highly customer-focused and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Self-awareness, an open mind and excellent strategic and analytical skills.
  • Drive, determination and a willingness to take on responsibility in an international career.
