Trainee Quality Management Electric Powertrain (f/m/x)

What awaits you?

  • In our team, you will be responsible for electric powertrain projects as well as for the quality target achievement.
  • With your excellent technical expertise you will focus on ensuring a robust customer experience for the important functions of the electrical powertrain (e.g. electric driving, charging and energy supply).
  • Hereby, you will enhance the classical quality methods (FMEA, LeLe, Ishikawa) to fit the highly innovate field of electric powertrain development.
  • You will cooperate closely with several departments in our R&D division, especially systems engineering, software engineering for the charging control unit and high voltage battery, inverter and overall vehicle data and verification/validation.
  • In addition, you will be involved in projects both closely to start of production as well as projects in earlier phases.

You should have:

  • An above-average degree in business, industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering with a specialisation in quality management or similar.
  • At least six months of relevant practical experience in quality management (study-related or professional).
  • At least four months experience of studying, working or travelling abroad.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages would also be advantageous).
  • Affinity to IT and innovation related topics such as software or functions.
  • Strong enthusiasm.
  • Motivational skills.
  • Drive and willingness to take on responsibility.

As part of the selection process, you will be invited to an online assessment. Please finish the online test
until 05 May 2019 at the latest. Our on-site assessment centres will take place on 11 & 12 July 2019.
