That's the deal
Do you have a real passion for learning? Are you curious, like to challenge the status quo and ask "why?". Do you love to play around with the latest innovative technologies and believe that the world can be a better place through the use of IT technology? If so, then welcome to the RWE group wide RWE IT Graduate Programme!
Without the IT functions, we wouldn’t be at the forefront of the energy industry. Without the IT function our RWE generation business wouldn’t be able to deliver power to millions of people and our RWE Supply & Trading business wouldn’t be able to trade in new areas across the globe. The IT function is critical to the whole RWE business driving efficiencies and innovation and is planned to significantly increase size over the next 2 years, providing many exciting opportunities. To be the best in class we have forged close partnerships with leading technology companies including Amazon, Apple, IBM, Microsoft and SAP. We have an open and modern culture embracing new ways of working including agile techniques that foster collaboration to deliver high performance.
We encourage diversity and with around 17.000 people from more than 50 different countries, you will get to know our business, our people and our culture.
We are looking for exceptional people with a variety of academic backgrounds from around the world. No matter what your degree discipline, a career at RWE is the best way to put your talents and knowledge to work.
If you are passionate about the energy industry and IT, have the ambition to learn and grow at a company which is dynamic and full of change, then the RWE IT Graduate Programme could be the ideal opportunity for you.
